Joshua vs Takam: Robert Helenius outlines his plan to defeat Dillian Whyte

Dillian Whyte’s “temper” will be his downfall, warns upcoming opponent Robert Helenius.
The heavyweight pair will collide before Anthony Joshua vs Carlos Takam on Saturday in Cardiff, live on Sky Sports Box Office, and Helenius has vowed to use Whyte's fiery personality against him.
Asked about Whyte's weaknesses, Helenius told Sky Sports: "He loses his temper a lot.
This is a directional fight - it will show who is going up, and who is going down.
"I've seen a couple of his fights. He is a tough fighter. His strength is coming forward all the times - he has good conditioning but I can pick him apart. I am taller and bigger than him.
"I have the reach, the power, and I am fast. It will be a tough fight for both of us. This is a directional fight - it will show who is going up, and who is going down."
Finland's Helenius owns a notable 2011 victory over Dereck Chisora - who Whyte also overcame last December - and believes that result can help him at the Principality Stadium this weekend.
"They are somewhat similar fighters but Dillian has a longer reach," Helenius said.
"Against Chisora I had only one hand. My right shoulder was broken before the fight, but now I have both hands to fight."
Helenius sparred with Anthony Joshua in the opening weeks of the world heavyweight champion's training camp for this weekend's fight, and took confidence from the sessions.

"It was really good sparring for both of us," Helenius said. "He is a big, tough and strong fighter. He is the world champ at the moment [so sparring] was good. They were pleased with me in sparring.
"I didn't ask [about Whyte] because the fight wasn't on then. [Whyte] is a good fight to prepare me for a world title."
