Joshua vs Takam: Dillian Whyte lighter and calmer ahead of Robert Helenius showdown

Dillian Whyte believes his "shazam" will take care of Robert Helenius and set up a world title showdown with Deontay Wilder.
The London heavyweight came in at 17st 9.5lbs, a pound lighter than the man he faces for the WBC Silver title in Cardiff on Saturday night, live on Sky Sports Box Office.
Whyte knows a victory over former European champion Helenius will move him up the WBC rankings and while he is confident he can win over the full 12 rounds, he is ready to produce something special on Saturday night.
"I've worked hard as you can see," he told Sky Sports.
"I came in at 17st 9lbs which is quite light. The last time I came in around 18st 6lbs, so I have been grafting.
"I am looking forward to it, I can't wait to get in there and have it!
"He's a good fighter, strong, a good boxer who does all the basics well but I just believe I have the shazam!
"I find a way, whether I am boxing or fighting. I will find a way, I have good boxing skills but as you all know, I love a fight!"
Wilder has admitted he will take on Whyte before any unification fight with IBF and WBA 'Super' holder Joshua, with the Brixton fighter happy for the pressure to increase on his way to a world title challenger.
"One thing I've learned recently is I am more experienced and calmer," he said.
"In the past when I have been in big fights, I haven't enjoyed them, I was too aggressive, too pumped but now I just enjoy it.
"I am far more relaxed and much more confident in myself and I know I can go the distance if I have to."
