Haye to travel to Las Vegas to be introduced to the American media
Shane Mosley will return to the ring at the start of 2010 with a fight against WBC welterweight champion Andre Berto.
The bout, which will be co-promoted by Golden Boy and DiBella Entertainment, will take place in Las Vegas on January 30.
An official announcement confirming the bout will be made at a press conference on Saturday.
Mosley has not stepped between the ropes since his ninth-round stoppage of Mexico's Antonio Margarito in January of this year.
Controversy
The win for Sugar Shane was overshadowed by the controversy surrounding his opponent's gloves, with Margarito subsequently being banned for using an illegal hardening substance in his wraps.
Berto will provide a stern challenge for the 38-year-old having yet to taste defeat in his 26-fight career.
The powerful American has defended the WBC strap three times, the last being a unanimous-decision victory over Juan Urango.
Meanwhile, Golden Boy Promotions have announced that David Haye will join them in Las Vegas following the Mosley-Berto press conference.
The newly-crowned WBA heavyweight champion will be introduced to the American media at a "celebration luncheon" following his points win over Russian Nikolai Valuev.
