Watch the moment England's Liam Thomas lost his artificial limb while fielding, but powered on regardless

England Disabilities cricketer Liam Thomas produced a terrific bit of fielding despite losing his artificial leg in the process in a match against Pakistan.

Thomas saved a certain boundary, diving for the ball fielding at fine leg, but while doing so, his prostetic leg came loose, leaving him to have to hop to the ball in order to return it.

Speaking after the incident, Thomas said it was his 'natural instinct' in sport that pushed him to continue playing.

Click on the video above to see Thomas' incredible effort, plus some extravagant hitting with the bat too - Thomas showcasing a unique backlift, as well as a faint to switch-hit to one delivery.

Sadly though for the England Disabilities team, they ultimately lost by three wickets to Pakistan in the final of the ICC Dubai Academy Invitational tournament.
