Farbrace talks about what sets talented players like Joe Root and Ben Stokes apart, but also how he approaches coaching such a variety of personalities in the England dressing room.
Stokes, according to Farbrace, is particularly critical of himself and practises as hard as anyone he's ever seen. The England assistant coach says he's 'frightened' to bowl at him in the nets, and needs to wear a box and helmet!
Also discussed on the podcast is Farbrace's involvement in the North v South one-day series in the UAE, where he coached the southern side to a 3-0 success.
Farbrace picks out a few names in particular who impressed, including Sam Northeast, Dawid Malan and player of the series, Liam Dawson, while highlighting the importance of Mark Wood's return to fitness.
