Paceman misses Bank Holiday double-header

Surrey fast bowler Andre Nel has been suspended for two matches under the England and Wales Cricket Board's disciplinary code following an incident during Sunday's Clydesdale Bank 40 victory over Lancashire. The former South Africa international was reported by umpires Neil Bainton and Rob Bailey for a Level Two breach of the disciplinary code (showing serious dissent at an umpire's decision by word or action). That earned Nel three penalty points which, added to a further six he had accumulated in the past two years, triggered an automatic two-game ban. The 32-year-old paceman will miss Surrey's Clydesdale Bank 40 matches against the Unicorns on Sunday and Worcestershire on Bank Holiday Monday.
