Lancashire came up just short of a remarkable chase despite record team and individual scores for the county as Nottinghamshire held on for an 11-run win in the Royal London One-Day Cup.
Joe Clarke's 139 and quick runs from Tom Moores (74 off 39 balls) and Luke Fletcher (46no off 17) took Notts to 417-7.
Stephen Croft hit 110 and Dane Vilas an extraordinary 166 off 100 balls to give the Red Rose hope, but James Pattinson took 5-61 including the wicket of Vilas to leave them 406-9. SCORECARD
Cameron Bancroft's second unbeaten hundred in as many matches led Durham to a six-wicket win over Leicestershire.

Craig Overton produced career-best one-day performances with bat and ball while Tom Banton hit a maiden hundred as Somerset hammered Kent by 264 runs in the South Group.
Banton's 107 off 79 balls underpinned a Somerset innings which was powered to 358-9 by Overton's unbeaten 66 from just 36 balls.

Tom Alsop's unbeaten century saw Hampshire to a comfortable seven-wicket win over Glamorgan with more than eight overs to spare.
The opener finished 130no from 115 balls and captain James Vince hit 95 from 78 as the hosts easily chased down Glamorgan's 292-9, which featured 68 apiece from David Lloyd and Graeme Wagg. SCORECARD
