Gloucestershire's Hamish Marshall scored a stunning 180 off just 70 balls in a T20 warm-up game against Somerset at Taunton.
Marshall’s 100 came off just 40 balls, and he added 80 more in a further 30 balls, smashing 17 fours and 13 sixes in a devastating innings.
Gloucestershire scored 244-2 in their twenty overs, and the hosts were bowled out for 164 in 18.3 overs.
Marcus Trescothick scored a quickfire 45 for Somerset.
The two team then played a second T20 match, with Somerset emerging victorious by eight runs this time.
Somerset scored 186, Gloucestershire replying with 178 - and New Zealand-born Marshall was at it again for the visitors, smacking 60.
