Watch our three-part feature - Whispering Death: The Michael Holding Story - looking at the life and career of the West Indies fast bowling great.
Having started out as a fearsome bowler, his express pace giving many a batsman, all across the world, nightmares during the 1970s and '80s, Holding made a typically smooth transition into the commentary box at the end of his playing days, becoming an extremely popular figure with his fellow commentators and viewers alike.
In our three-part feature, Michael Atherton heads out to the Caribbean as we track that journey from Holding's early years in Jamaica, coming through the ranks before graduating to form part of a ferocious West Indies pace attack in their all-conquering side.
The story also takes in a few of Holding more memorable spells, with Tony Greig's England among those on the receiving end, the current state of West Indies cricket and the talent available to them as well as touching upon the great man's love of horse racing.
And, of course, there is talk of the silky smooth bowling action that earned Holding the nickname, "Whispering Death".
