Wicketkeeper Sam Harper remains in hospital four days after suffering concussion, caused by being hit by a bat during a Sheffield Shield match.

Playing for Victoria against South Australia, the 20-year-old was caught on the front of the head by the follow through of batsman Jake Lehmann who was attempting to play a pull shot.
