Younus posted exactly 200 not out and Asad Shafiq made his maiden Test hundred during Pakistan's 594-5 declared on day three.
That gave the tourists a first-innings lead of 459 and Bangladesh's plight worsened in the evening session when they lost four wickets to reach stumps on 134-4 - 325 runs away from making Pakistan bat again.
Younus, unbeaten on 96 at the start of the day, and Shafiq (40no) cashed in on another dominant day for the Pakistan batsmen.
Reprieve
Younus turned Shahadat Hussain to the fine-leg boundary to bring up his 19th Test century and his punishing strokes either side of the wicket thereafter were a clear indication that he wasn't finished yet.
Shafiq started much slower than his partner and was handed a reprieve when on 43 as Rubel Hossain grassed a gilt-edged opportunity to get Bangladesh back into the match.
A quick single off Shakib Al Hasan brought Shafiq his fourth Test 50 and although Mushfiqur Rahim rotated his bowlers he could not find a breakthrough.
Younus passed 150 for the seventh time in his Test career with another easy run before hoisting the second six of his innings off Mohammad Ashraful.
Shahadat and Rubel took the new ball but could not curb the batsmen's momentum, while Elias Sunny was lifted over the ropes by Younus to bring up the 250-run partnership.
Shafiq registered his maiden Test ton with two off his 224th ball - following Mohammad Hafeez and Younus past three figures - but fell for 104 when Sunny had him caught at long-off by Shahriar Nafees.

Six runs in an over off Shakib took Younus to 200 and brought about the immediate declaration by Misbah-ul-Haq.
Bangladesh survived an awkward seven-over stint before tea but Tamim Iqbal fell five balls after the interval, bowled attempting to leave a flighted Hafeez delivery.
Nafees and Nazimuddin put on exactly 50 for the second wicket, however Saeed Ajmal trapped the former in front for 28 to keep Pakistan in control.
Ashraful's forgettable Test comeback continued when he was snared at slip for a duck and Aizaz Cheema capped a day to remember by bouncing out Nasir Hossain shortly before the close.
