Tyler Breeze made an impactful main roster debut by attacking Dolph Ziggler on Smackdown.
The NXT Superstar revealed his alliance with Summer Rae on MizTV and proceeded to attack the Diva's ex-love interest, Ziggler, with a selfie stick.
Elsewhere, WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins bested Cesaro with a Pedigree and Ryback conquered Bo Dallas with a Shell Shocked-Meathook Clothesline combination.
British grapplers King Barrett and Paige had mixed evenings - Barrett joining forces with Irish pal Sheamus to knock off The Lucha Dragons as Paige fell to Nikki Bella courtesy of the Rack Attack.
Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose, meanwhile, teamed up to down Big E and Kofi Kingston in the main event, Reigns securing the victory by hitting Kingston with a Superman punch and a spear.
But the former Shield powerhouse's celebrations were cut short when Bray Wyatt emerged to tell him that he would suffer defeat in the pair's Hell in a Cell showdown on Sunday evening.
