Kevin Pietersen's Delhi Daredevils lost a rain-affected game against Sunrisers Hyderabad by eight wickets, their fourth straight defeat.

Skipper Pietersen hit 35 off 19 balls to launch Delhi towards a total of 143-7 at Feroz Shah Kotla before the weather intervened.

The Sunrisers' run chase was twice delayed by rain and, in the end, they reached a Duckworth-Lewis target of 43 from five overs with four balls to spare.

Naman Ojha blasted the visitors across the winning line with a pair of sixes in his 13 not out from three deliveries.

The result leaves the Sunrisers in fourth place in the table, six points behind leaders Kings XI Punjab, while the Daredevils are bottom with just two wins from nine matches.
