Phil Taylor has asked for Robbie Williams to replace his entrance music

Phil Taylor has confessed he wanted to change his trademark entrance music and has begged Robbie Williams to pen a new song.
The 16-time world champion has become synonymous with 'The Power', a 1990 single from German band Snap. But now, Taylor can't even stand to hear the song on the radio.
Taylor, who defeated rival Raymond van Barneveld in the Premier League last Thursday, has unsuccessfully sought help from former Take That singer Williams, who is also from Stoke.
"Funnily enough I put on the radio today and Snap's 'The Power' came on," he told Sport Magazine.
"I groaned and thought 'I don't believe this!' I've just heard it so many times now that I'm tired of it. I thought about changing it many, many, many times.
"I asked Robbie to write me one - but he said he can't beat it. I said: 'You can beat it with your eyes shut! Anything will do!'"
Taylor also revealed that he fantasises about one final match against old enemy Peter Manley, the 2005 Premier League semi-finalist who has now retired.
Manley was known for a ferocious on-stage persona and Taylor would relish the chance to silence him for good.
He said: "Peter Manley is the opponent I wanted to beat most: no two ways about it. I wish he'd come out of retirement so I could beat him again!
"He tried to get under my skin, but that was Peter's style. He used to wind people up; to get in their heads. It was exciting playing him. I think it brought the best out in me."
Watch Taylor next Thursday at Premier League Darts, live on Sky Sports 2 HD at 7pm.
