Cameron Menzies hit a nine-darter as he qualified for the German Darts Open and Austrian Darts Open.

Six players qualified for the two tournaments but it was Menzies that shone by hitting the perfect leg.

Menzies achieved the feat - his first in the PDC - against Jamie Caven in the deciding game to qualify for the Austrian Darts Open.

James Wade, Luke Humphries, Steve West, Alan Tabern, Steve Lennon and Simon Stevenson were the other qualifiers.

The 2018 Premier League heads to the Motorpoint Arena in Nottingham this Thursday with coverage underway from 7pm on Sky Sports Action & Sky Sports Main Event. Nine weeks of tungsten action will then continue through to the season's conclusion with the Play-Offs on May 17 at The O2 in London.
