Johnny Herbert's Mexican GP tips

The Sky F1 pundit gives his top three tips for the Mexican GP

Johnny Herbert casts his eye over the betting for the Mexican GP and gives you his top three tips for the weekend.

Last week's tip, Lewis Hamilton returned again for punters for the second successive week as the Mercedes driver successfully retained his World Drivers' Championship title.

This week Johnny's backing Hamilton's team-mate Nico Rosberg to make up for last week's error in the Circuit of the Americas and claim victory, while he's also going for Lotus driver Romain Grosjean to secure a top-10 finish.

Johnny Herbert gives his Sky Bet predictions for this weekend's Mexican GP here

1. Race Winner: Nico Rosberg - 11/4

"Had he not made that error with eight laps to go, Nico would have won the US GP and the title race wouldn't be over. Sadly for him, he did, but now the pressure's off I expect him to relax and not make any errors. And he's a brilliant price for the race win."

2. Points Finish: Romain Grosjean - 11/10

"He does pick up his fair share of DNF's (six in total this year) but the fact remains that both Grosjean and Lotus are good enough for regular points finishes. This weekend I expect him to comfortably be inside the top 10."

3. Under 15.5 Finishers - 5/6

"Rain is forecast for both qualifying and race day. In Austin, on a drying track, we had only 13 finish the race, rain here will make the new asphalt very greasy indeed, and that could lead to a lot of retirements."
