F1 may be shutting down for its summer break, but there is still plenty of motorsport in Britain to fill the void between races this summer.
Following the Hungarian GP there is no F1 race until the Belgian GP on August 23 as the sport takes its traditional summer break.
But there are plenty of ways you can scratch that motorsport itch over the next month.
For bike fans, you have no time to wait at all as the British Superbike championship will be at Thruxton this very weekend, while for those looking something on four wheels the British GT championship will stage a two-hour race at Brands Hatch on August 2, alongside the BRDC F4.
The British Touring Car Championship returns from its summer break on August 9 for three races at Snetterton and that same weekend Oulton Park stages the annual Mini festival with everything from the original Austin Cooper S to the latest BMW incarnation in action on the International Circuit.
Oulton Park is the venue again on August 15 for more Clio Cup Series action along with Classic Formula Ford Championship, Classic Formula Ford 2000 Championship and the MAX5 Championship.
Alternatively for Lotus fans, Brands Hatch will be hosting the Lotus Festival on the full Grand Prix Circuit on August 15 and 16. The racing headlined by the Lotus Cup Europe, Lotus Cup UK and the Elise Trophy.
The following weekend F1 returns from its summer shutdown with the Belgian Grand Prix at the legendary Spa-Francorchamps, live on the Sky Sports F1 on August 23.
