Former mechanic made team manager after Wickham departure
Renault are continuing their staff reshuffle, with Paul Seaby revealing that he has been appointed as the new team manager.
Seaby, who joined the Enstone-based squad in 1992 under its former guise of Benetton, takes over from John Wickham, who handed in his notice before the Indian Grand Prix.
He started at the team as a mechanic but has been employed as an engineering co-ordinator since 2005.
The latest promotion will see him work alongside trackside operations director Alan Permane during grand prix weekends.
