Restructuring sees technical director relinquish position
Aldo Costa has relinquished his position as technical director of Ferrari after the Italian team's disappointing start to the Formula One season.
Costa has been a victim of a technical restructuring, with Ferrari announcing that he will "take on new responsibilities within the company".
He oversaw the development of the Ferrari 150th Italia design, which has failed to match the pace of Red Bull and McLaren so far in 2011.
The restructuring also sees Pat Fry become director of the chassis design while Corrado Lanzone takes charge of production and Luca Marmorini is in control of engine and electronics.
Ferrari are currently lying third in the constructors' championship, 110 points behind leaders Red Bull.
