Fernando Alonso is 7/4 favourite with
Sky Bet to finish top of the chasing pack after Sebastian Vettel consolidated his position at the top of the Formula 1 Drivers' Championship with victory at the Italian Grand Prix.
The online betting company has compiled a market which removes the German from the running, after he extended his lead to 72 points at Monza.
His nearest rival is Alonso (172 points) followed by Jenson Button and Vettel's teammate Mark Webber, who are both on 167, then Lewis Hamilton who is fifth on 158.
Despite trailing Alonso by 14 points, McClaren driver Hamilton is
5/2 to finish second overall, with Button 11/4 and Webber 4/1.
There is also an intriguing team battle at McLaren, with British pair Hamilton and Button within nine points of each other.
In the season match bet market, Hamilton is
4/7 to out-perform his teammate, with Button 5/4 to finish above the 2008 World Champion.
Sky Bet's F1 trader Chris Spicer said: "Button is in the best form of any of the drivers at present, Hamilton will have to be at his best to catch him now.
"Mark Webber's season, on the other hand, is ending with a whimper after another poor race for the Australian."
