German is sure he will be driving for Mercedes in 2013

Nico Rosberg claims he will "definitely" be driving for Mercedes in 2013 amid ongoing speculation linking Lewis Hamilton with a move to the team. It has been the subject of much debate as to whether the potential arrival of the 2008 World Champion would see Michael Schumacher retire for a second time, or Rosberg forced out of the team to create a vacancy. However, a defiant Rosberg has said he has no intention of stepping aside. "I will definitely be in the Silver Arrow next year. I look forward to the next season, and even more race wins," Rosberg told German news agency DAPD. The 27-year-old also suggested he would like Schumacher to continue as his team-mate at the German marque. "I think it would be right if Michael stays," he added. "We get along well, the competition is good. Michael is still at a very, very high level on the road. It is a challenge to race against him. We push the team forward well."
