Daniels boost for Orient

Charlie Daniels has given Leyton Orient a major boost by coming through a behind-closed-doors friendly against Reading.
The left-back stepped up his recovery from the knee-ligament injury he suffered in pre-season by playing the full 90 minutes and is now in line to return to the starting XI against Southampton on Saturday. Forgotten striker Adrian Patulea was on target for the O's as they secured a 1-1 draw against their Championship opponents.
