JJ Melligan believes Cheltenham's disappointing 2-0 defeat to Southend last time out may end up being a positive result.

They were on top from the start, but it was just one game and we've been on a good run. "We have got to make sure we don't play like that again and I think it will be a positive if we react the right way."
