AFC Wimbledon midfielder Max Porter has joined Newport County on loan for the rest of the season.
The 24-year-old has not featured for the Dons since he suffered an ankle injury in the 2-0 defeat at Swindon on January 2. Porter has made 14 appearances for Wimbledon since joining from Rushden & Diamonds in the summer. He will link up with fellow Dons midfielder Lee Minshull at the south Wales club and could make his debut in the Blue Square Bet Premier clash at Southport on Saturday.
