Hazel heads to Buxton
Monday 6 January 2014 15:10, UK
Chesterfield striker Jacob Hazel has joined the Spireites' non-league neighbours Buxton on loan.
Hazel has now received international clearance to join another club following a previous loan stint with Norwegian side SK Sprint-Jel0y, where he scored 17 goals in 14 appearances. The 19-year-old will be hoping to continue his goal-scoring exploits at the Evo-Stik Northern Premier club. Hazel is the second Chesterfield player to link up with Buxton this season after defender Jack Broadhead recently returned from a loan spell with the Bucks. Meanwhile, the Spireites' home League Two fixture against Exeter on Good Friday has been forward to a 3pm kick-off. The match scheduled for Friday, April 18 was originally due to start at 7.45pm but both clubs have agreed to the change.
