McAllister targets Burton clash

Sean McAllister believes Scunthorpe can take another big step towards automatic promotion next weekend with victory against Burton.
The Iron's win at Plymouth on Saturday ended a sequence of four straight draws and extended their unbeaten run since Russ Wilcox replaced Brian Laws as manager in November to a club record 21 games. "Obviously it's been a frustrating few weeks with the draws from winning positions, but we know we've got quality in the side," McAllister told the club's official website. Wilcox's side sit a point behind leaders Chesterfield and four ahead of fourth-placed Fleetwood and Burton, who are fifth. "We have Burton next, and there's that pressure on them now to get a result," McAllister added. "If we can beat them it looks even healthier for us, so we will focus on that one. "We'll definitely be going out to win the game. You can be sure of that."
