Parslow joins Grimsby

York defender Daniel Parslow has joined Grimsby on loan for an initial month, subject to paperwork.

Parslow has yet to feature for the Minstermen this season following a cruciate knee ligament injury sustained late last year. The 29-year-old, who appeared in York's final pre-season friendly against Sheffield United, has found it difficult to force his way into boss Nigel Worthington's plans. Parslow has spent his 10-year career at York and has made over 300 appearances for the club.
