Exeter City have extended Clinton Morrison's deal until the end of the current season.

The former Birmingham forward joined the Grecians on a non-contract basis in November and has gone on to play six times before agreeing a longer stay. "Clinton will stay with us until the end of the season," Tisdale told the club's official website. "It's another player who is adding competition for places and I think he has done very well and hopefully he will continue to add for the rest of the season. "He is a good player, and he will add value with his game and add value to aspiring young centre-forwards also. "Most importantly I sign players with the view of someone that can play in the team. Whether they do or not is down to selection, but they are signed to play and be selected."
