Portsmouth have confirmed that midfielder Ben Close has joined Poole Town on loan.
The 18-year-old, who has made six appearances for Pompey this season, will stay with the Southern League Premier Division side for the next month. Close, who made his Portsmouth bow in September, could debut for his new side against Weymouth this weekend.
