Double injury boost for Clough

Sheffield United pair Matt Done and Terry Kennedy are both hoping to recover from injury in time for the play-offs.

Striker Done, who has scored seven goals in 15 appearances since arriving from Rochdale for an undisclosed fee in early February, is struggling with a groin problem and defender Kennedy has been told to rest his troublesome knee. "Terry is struggling with his knee again and I would think he won't play in the last two matches, we need to look after players now with the play-offs in mind," Blades boss Nigel Clough told the club's official website. "Hopefully with a combination of rest and treatment he will be available for the first leg of any play-off tie. "Matty is struggling with his groin and ideally he needs an injection, which would rule him out for around 10 days, so the sooner the better in terms of him having that treatment." The Blades' play-off place will be confirmed on Tuesday night if Rochdale fail to beat Leyton Orient.
