Westley fumes at referee

Stevenage manager Graham Westley was left ranting about the match officials after his side went down to a 3-2 home defeat to York.
Boro played for an hour with 10 men after Andy Bond's red card and the visitors, who had led 2-0 before the dismissal only to be pegged back level, eventually won the match courtesy of a Wes Fletcher penalty with 15 minutes left. And referee Darren Sheldrake was the focus of Westley's ire. He said: "I'm fed up of coming out here and talking about decisions. "I'm fed up with watching us play eight minutes of added time one week when we're ahead followed by just four minutes of added time the next week when we're behind. "I'm fed up of people coming to talk to me in the dugout for doing nothing. The referee is telling me today that I'm not allowed to shout. Why am I not allowed to shout from the dugout? "The attitude that is shown towards us is a disgrace and I look at the big incidents of the day like the sending off where he (Bond) sees the player is going to ground and wins the ball with his right foot. "Then, down to 10 men, we put in a sterling effort to get ourselves back in the game and we see a penalty where the referee's view was completely blocked." York raced into a 2-0 lead inside 15 minutes when Sam Beasant couldn't keep out Michael Coulson before Fletcher finished well into the bottom corner on his first league start of the season. Stevenage drew level despite Bond's sending off when Chris Whelpdale's header was followed by Tom Pett's well-taken equaliser with 25 minutes left. But Pett brought down Marvin McCoy in the area and Fletcher held his nerve to score from the spot. York boss Nigel Worthington, who had seen his side draw their previous five league games this season, said: "It was a fantastic game. "To come to Stevenage, who on any day are a very tough side, and get three points is very pleasing, especially because it is our first win of the season. "It's been another spirited performance from us - we fully deserved our two-goal lead although we didn't control the game perhaps as well as we could have done. "But we kept going, to be fair, and we kept our heads up and we got the third goal to give us a terrific win. "I'm delighted for Wes and I'm delighted for Couls, who has been threatening to become a bit frustrated, and it will do both of them a world of good to get the goals. "Fletcher's first goal showed what he's good at - he's come back in and done the 90 minutes, which was a bit of a surprise, but we needed him out there."
