Sheffield Wednesday manager Dave Jones has been named League One manager of the month for March.
Jones, 55, appointed as Gary Megson's successor on March 1, has led his side to an unbeaten month with five wins and two draws from their seven league games.
Jones said: "It's a great achievement and it just goes to show the hard work that everyone has put in over the last month.
"It's an achievement for the football club and it's a nice reward to have, but we're all focused on gaining an even bigger prize come the end of the season."
Former Charlton boss Alan Curbishley, chairman the manager of the month judging panel, said: "March proved to be a remarkable first month in charge for Dave Jones at Sheffield Wednesday.
"His side conceded only four goals and are now just two points off an automatic promotion place in npower League One."
