Norwich winger Jacob Murphy has joined Colchester on loan until the end of the season.
The 20-year-old will go straight into Colchester's squad for Saturday's home league game against relegation rivals Crawley. Murphy has made one senior appearance for Norwich this season when he started in the Capital One Cup win against Crawley in August. He has had previous loan spells at Swindon, Southend, Blackpool and Scunthorpe, for whom he made three appearances in January.
