Jordan Bowery - who came through the youth ranks at the club - has signed a contract extension with Chesterfield until June 2014.
The striker made his debut for the Spireites against Wycombe in 2008 aged 17. Three years on, Bowery now has 58 appearances under his belt for Chesterfield. "Jordan has lots of potential and a real future in the game, but it's all up to him now to make a name for himself," said manager John Sheridan.
