The short-term deal N'Guessan signed this season expired after last weekend's win at Crawley, but the striker will now remain with the club until June 30, 2015. The 27-year-old, who originally joined the Valiants in October, has scored three goals since his arrival at Vale Park and has impressed with his direct style of play. Vale boss Rob Page told the club's official website: "I think Dany has shown in recent games what he is capable of doing. "It was a frustrating game for him at Crawley, he did everything other than get a goal for himself. He created numerous chances and I think we're seeing now that the fitter he gets, the more benefit he is going to be to the team."
