Scunthorpe have confirmed that Billy Kee has had his contract cancelled with immediate effect.
The 24-year-old striker made 16 appearances since joining at the start of the season, and recently returned to the club following a loan spell at Mansfield. He failed to score during his spell at Glanford Park, but was a fans' favourite during his spell at Burton and scored twice during his stay at Mansfield.
