Lainton joins Brewers

Bury goalkeeper Rob Lainton has joined fellow League Two team Burton Albion on a one-month loan deal.
The 24-year-old stopper, a free signing for the Shakers in the summer, started six games for the club in August before a shoulder injury saw him fall down the pecking order. He has not featured for the club since those half-a-dozen appearances, with Bury boss David Flitcroft using Brian Jensen between the sticks with ex-Arsenal stopper Reice Charles-Cook as his back-up. Lainton started for the Brewers against Morecambe on Saturday, keeping a clean sheet on his debut.
