Vidal to trial with Glovers

Yeovil have invited 22-year-old right-back Javan Vidal to trial with them during the club's pre-season build up.
The England under-20 international joins after being released by FA Cup winners Manchester City. Vidal made only one first team appearance for City since joining the club in 2008 but had loan spells at Grimsby, Derby, Aberdeen and League Two champions Chesterfield. Meanwhile, the Glovers have released eight trialist following Wednesday nights 4-1 pre-season friendly defeat at Dorchester. Imran Baines, Remy Gordon, Steffan Jones, Declan Gallacher, Mark Jones, George Wilson, Shane Williams and goalscorer Rhys Kelleher have all been let go.
