Kuffour wants Gills stay

Striker Jo Kuffour wants to prolong his stay at Gillingham with his loan from Bristol Rovers due to expire on Friday.
The 30-year-old scored twice in the 2-1 win at Crawley on Boxing Day to take his Gills tally to seven and end the home side's 15-game unbeaten run. Kuffour told the Club's official website: "Hopefully I can extend my stay here, I've got one more game left but it's out of my hands so hopefully the clubs can agree something because I'm enjoying my time here. "I'm loving it, I'm loving the lads, the fans, the management and I'm enjoying my football again."
