Chesterfield have signed teenage goalkeeper Connor Hunt on loan from Everton.
Hunt will go straight into the squad for Saturday afternoon's Sky Bet League One fixture against Oldham at the Proact Stadium, where the 18-year-old is expected to be named amongst the substitutes. The Spireites have brought in the youngster as cover for first-choice keeper Tommy Lee following the news that Aaron Chapman has suffered what appears to be a serious foot injury, although the club are still awaiting the results of scans. Hunt, who joined Everton in the summer from Blackpool, will spend the next month with Chesterfield.
