MK Dons grabbed their fourth consecutive League One victory with a 3-1 success at 10-man Hartlepool.
Pools skipper Sam Collins was sent off in the 27th minute after tangling with Jemal Johnson on the edge of the area.
And 10 minutes later, the Dons were in front when skipper Dean Lewington curled a 20-yard shot into the top corner.
They doubled the lead two minutes later when Johnson crossed low from the right and Mark Wright tapped in from close range.
The home team narrowed the gap straight from the second-half kick-off when Kevin Kyle's low angled shot was deflected into the roof of his own net by Dons defender Sean O'Hanlon.
Kyle sent a spectacular overhead kick over the bar midway through the second half, and in added time Ben Clark's headed goal was disallowed for offside as the Dons held on.
Dons substitute Daniel Powell then scored on his debut in added time, tapping in Aaron Wilbraham's low cross to make the game safe.
