FA reject Draper ban appeal

Macclesfield have failed in their attempt to have Ross Draper's red card against Barnet overturned.
Draper saw red for a challenge on Michael Hector at Underhill in the 2-1 defeat to the Bees on Friday night and, after reviewing video evidence, the Silkmen appealed to the Football Association. However, that appeal has been thrown out by the FA and the midfielder will now serve a three-match ban, including the FA Cup trip to Chelmsford this weekend and the npower League Two clashes with Gillingham and Shrewsbury in December.
