Doughty stokes Bristol fire

Crawley's Michael Doughty has stoked the fire for their FA Cup clash with Bristol City, claiming his side are "almost favourites".

The Red Devils are two divisions below their opponents but currently reside at the top of the table and are on course for back-to-back promotions. Steve Evans' men fared well in a 1-0 defeat at Manchester United in the same competition last season, and Doughty believes they are primed for a cup upset. "We go into every game, no matter what the opposition, with the belief and confidence we can give a good account of ourselves," he told the Crawley News. "The confidence is well founded as people saw against Manchester United. "We go into the game almost favourites and we think realistically we've got a good chance of winning."
