Di Canio slates 'silly' fans

Paolo di Canio has asked Swindon fans to be more positive at games after their bad response to a substitution last weekend.
It comes after a section of supporters booed the Italian's decision to replace Alan Connell with Paul Benson during Swindon's goalless draw with Bristol Rovers. And di Canio believes the fans should be more positive as the club chase the League Two title. "There's stupid and silly booing for no reason," he told BBC Wiltshire. "Even if they think I'm wrong (they should) clap the player who goes on. "If we don't go up at the end of the season then they can criticise," he added.
