York have confirmed their second pre-season friendly opponents will be Championship side Blackpool.
Nigel Worthington's men will welcome the Tangerines to Bootham Crescent on July 20, two weeks before the season opener. It means the Minstermen face two big tests in a week as they host Huddersfield four days earlier. City survived relegation by four points in their first season back in League Two.
