Accrington have bolstered their defensive options by signing Wigan's Adam Buxton on a one-month loan.
Buxton, 21, is yet to appear for Latics' first team and recently spent time on loan with Burton, another League Two club. Stanley, who are without first-choice right-back Nicky Hunt for two games due to a suspension, announced the move on Saturday morning ahead of their meeting with the high-flying Spireites, who are managed by former Accrington boss Paul Cook.
