The world's top golfers remember Byron Nelson ahead of this week's event holding his name.

Ahead of this week's AT&T Byron Nelson, the world's top players have been remembering the golfing legend the tournament is named after.

The American is widely regarded as one of the sport's all-time greats, registering 52 PGA Tour wins and five major championship titles in a career where he decided to retire aged just 34.

Nelson was the first player in PGA Tour history to have a tournament named after him and still holds the records for both the most consecutive victories (11) and most wins in a calendar year (18).
