Watford striker Troy Deeney has his golf game analysed by coach Nick Bradley in the Shot Centre in the latest edition of Footballers on the Fairway.

Troy Deeney swapped the football pitch for the fairway as he put his golf skills to the test in the Shot Centre.

The Watford star was a special studio guest for Sky Sports Golf's coverage from the opening round of the Safeway Open, where Deeney discussed his love for the sport.

Deeney revealed which of his Watford team-mates are the strongest on the golf course and how often he gets to play, before talking through his swing routine and firing a few irons.

Nick Bradley was also in the studio to take a closer look at Deeney's golfing ability, with the expert coach offering a couple of useful suggestions to improve his game.

The 14-handicapper described distance off the tee as one of the attributes of his golf game, but would he be able to showcase that under the pressures of a live studio environment?
