Sky Sports football pundit Jamie Redknapp is in the Shot Centre to get some tips on his game

As 2016 draws to a close, we take a look back at the best of the Shot Centre action from a bumper year of golf on Sky Sports.

From sports starts showcasing their golfing talent to coaches analysing the swings of the world's best, the Shot Centre has been home to some memorable moments over the past 12 months.

Football pundit and avid golfer Jamie Redknapp was put through his paces by Simon Holmes, with the four-handicapper receiving some handy tips to try and fine-tune his game.

Fresh from his maiden major title, Danny Willett failed to replicate his Masters magic when trying to repeat his tee shot at Augusta's 16th - comically sending his blow into the hazard on more than one occasion.

Willett wasn't the only man to struggle on the infamous course, with cricketing icons Shane Warne and Kevin Pietersen going head-to-head to try and tackle the par-three 12th.

While Pietersen had little trouble in clearing the water of Rae's Creek and safely finding the green, Warne didn't find the middle hole of Amen Corner as straightforward.

Former England batsman Jonathan Trott was another cricketer to stop by during his time as a Sky Sports Cricket pundit, showing the professionals how it should be done when playing Royal Troon's signature "Postage Stamp".
