Angel Cabrera fired a hole-in-one on his final hole to finish the Shell Houston Open in style

Angel Cabrera will head into the Masters full of confidence after finishing his week in style at the Shell Houston Open.

The 2009 Augusta champion posted a two-under 70 on Sunday as he continues his preparations for the opening Major of the year, with one shot standing out from his round.

Beginning on the back nine after the threat of bad weather saw the final round played off split tees, Cabrera reached the turn level-par before cancelling out a 20-foot gain at the first with a missed par save from half the distance at the par-four fifth.

The best was to come at the par-three ninth - his final hole - where he attacked the 220-yard hole with a three-iron in wet and windy conditions.

Cabrera saw his tee shot find the heart of the green before taking a couple of hops and rolling into the centre of the cup for a hole-in-one - his second on the PGA Tour this season.
